Step 1
How to make Thai Tom Tom soup in Russia? Very simple! To begin with, you need to buy a broth for Tom Yam, in large hypermarkets such as Giant, Megas, etc. The best Tom Yam in cardboard packaging of the original Thai production of Roi Thai, you see it in the photo. The main thing is not to take Tom Yam broth made in Russia, this is a rare muck, I foolishly took a few packs of Russian Tom Yam, the rest of the packs had to be thrown away after I tasted it.
Step 2
We clean the shrimp (raw large preferably), mushrooms and tomato. Chopped green onions will be added at the end. In the photo you see 2 different types of Tom Yam broth – in an iron jar and in cardboard packages. You can use any of them. In one cardboard package – 250 ml. – one serving, and in the iron 2 servings, take any to your taste.
Step 3
So, we begin to cook Tom Yam. Just pour this broth into the pan. Heat to a boil. As it boils, add shrimp, mushrooms and tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes with the lid closed over medium heat. Add green onion at the end.
Step 4
It is better to use it together with fried sticky rice (instead of bread) as in Thailand. (I also see seaweed salad in his photo) Everything is very, very tasty! It tastes like real Thai soup Tom Yam, and this is not surprising, since the broth for it is made in Thailand. Now you don’t have to go to Thailand to enjoy the delicious Thai Tom Yam soup!
