Thai salad with chicken, shrimp and pineapple
400 g boiled chicken
200 g boiled shrimp
0.5 fresh pineapple
1 head of lettuce
2 branches of parsley and mint
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp Sahara2 tsp soy sauce
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
In a bowl, mix lemon juice, soy sauce, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, sugar.
Pineapple pulp cut into small pieces. Chop the onion. Disassemble greens and lettuce into leaves.
Put onion, parsley and mint in a bowl with sauce. Mix.
Disassemble the chicken fillet into fibers.
Mix everything and pour over the sauce.
