Thai rice soup with egg
In Thai cuisine, many different spices and spices are used, and they are known to have a warming property. Try to make such a soup in the Thai manner.
INGREDIENTS
brown rice – 75 g
vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. l
garlic – 1 clove
chili pepper – 1/2 pcs.
minced pork – 50 g
chicken stock – 50 ggrated ginger – 1 tsp.
chicken egg – 2 pcs.
ground coriander to taste
green onions – 3-4 feathers
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Boil rice in salted water for 25 minutes. Grind the garlic. Finely chop the green onion.
Step 2
. In a pan, heat vegetable oil, add garlic, minced meat and fry for 5 minutes, add chopped green onions, grated ginger, finely chopped chili peppers. Fry, stirring for 2-3 minutes, add soy sauce.
Step 3
Add the fried vegetables, boiled rice, chicken for 2 minutes, salt, pepper and add coriander to the chicken stock (cook in advance). Break 2 chicken eggs into the soup, do not mix the soup, cook for 3-4 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped green onions .
