Thai Chicken with Spicy Potatoes

The combination of sweet and sour sauce favorably emphasizes the taste of tender chicken, moreover, the simplicity of preparation makes this recipe beneficial for busy housewives;)

INGREDIENTS
chicken 700 kg
garlic 3 pcs.honey 2 tbsp
soy sauce 4 tbsp
to taste potatoes
salt and greens to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
peel garlic and squeeze, or grate
Step 2
mix all components of the sauce until smooth
Step 3
marinate the chicken and then cook for 20-30 minutes before cooking. Bake without a lid for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven.
Step 4
wash the potatoes, dry, cut into slices, sprinkle with salt and herbs, sprinkle with oil. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees in a separate bowl.
