Thai squid salad
Who has nailed to our east coast today? And it’s beaten up by various reptiles of the sea … We select a shrimp, a crab or we take from it sticks and squid. We start to cook …. pure improvisation
shrimps – 6 pcs.
squid (tentacles or rings) – 3-4 pcs.
crab meat or sticks – 50-100 gfunchose – 200 g
chili pepper – 2 pcs.
oyster sauce – 1 tsp.
lemon juice (or lime) – 1 tbsp. l
sesame oil – 1 tsp.
tabasco – 2 drops
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Boil for 1 minute in boiling squid water (if raw shrimp – too). Do not digest – they will be tough !. Putting a marine still life.
We cut in identical pieces. Chili cut in half and remove the seeds – they have the maximum amount of spicy essential oils. I took 2 small ones from the can.
Arugula to tear hands. Soak funchose for 8 minutes in cold water, boil for 4 minutes, rinse with cold water. Season with sesame oil, lemon or lime juice, oyster sauce (or fish). Put chili, seafood, arugula and mix everything with chopsticks.
Serve in plates (I put in large sea shells from the scallop) and serve.
