Thai style tomato and strawberry dressing

Dressing in this salad plays a major role. Tomatoes are also required, but strawberries can be replaced with peaches, apricots, plums or currants.

INGREDIENTS
4–5 ripe Uzbek tomatoes
200 g strawberries
1 red Crimean onion
salt
fried cheese for serving, optionallime zest and freshly ground black pepper
To submit:
100 ml of vegetable oil
2 leaves of kaffir lime
1 tsp tom yum pasta
1 tsp. lime juice and fish sauce
0.5 tsp powdered sugar

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
For dressing with lime leaves, remove the stem and the central “vein”, chop the rest finely.

Put chopped leaves in a blender, pour in oil, chop until smooth. Add all other dressing ingredients and whisk again.

Peel the onions, cut into feathers, put in ice-cold salted water for 15 minutes.

Remove the stalks from the strawberries, cut the berries into pieces convenient for eating. Cut the tomatoes into large slices.

Mix tomatoes, strawberries and dried onions, season with dressing, mix, sprinkle with zest and black pepper, serve immediately (if desired with fried cheese such as halumi or suluguni).
