Thai Fried Rice with Seafood

I present to you the recipe for making Thai fried rice with seafood. The dish is simply incomparable in taste, I advise everyone to try it!

Thai Fried Rice with Seafood
INGREDIENTS
bow 1 pc.
garlic 3 pcs.tomato 1 pc.
egg 2 pcs.
squid 1 pc.
shrimp 10 pcs.
rice 200 ml
lemon 0.5 pcs.
cilantro 1 bunch (a)
soy sauce 2 tbsp
sugar 1 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
We prepare all the ingredients necessary for this dish, which are shown in the photo. Shrimps and squids need raw, not boiled, as they will be fried in a wok. All ingredients are designed for 2 servings.
Step 2
It is advisable to cook this dish in a wok pan on a gas stove, but if you do not have a gas stove and there is no wok, you can try to make it in a regular pan on an electric stove, but the taste will not be the same and the cooking process will take more time. So, turn on the wok pan to the maximum fire on the gas stove. – 15 seconds we burn an empty wok. – pour coconut oil (you can also use olive, at worst, simple sunflower) – after 15 seconds, add onion and garlic to the wok. – after 10 seconds, throw the squid and shrimp. Stir constantly. – after 1 minute, break 2 eggs, beat with a spatula the liquid substance of the eggs so that the eggs are divided into many hard small grains. – after 15 seconds, throw the pieces of tomato, continue to interfere. – after 10 seconds, add boiled rice, pour it with a mixture of soy sauce and sugar, sprinkle with hot pepper to taste and for the next 3 minutes mix the whole thing without stopping.
Step 3
All is ready! The overall cooking process in a carbon steel wok on a gas stove should take no more than 5 minutes. If you have a wok from another material or an ordinary frying pan, then the process can take about 10 minutes. Turn off the fire. Pour the lemon juice over the dish and sprinkle with cilantro leaves (if there is no cilantro, then you can use simple parsley or green onions). Enjoy your meal !
