Thai Sweet Chili Sauce

4 fresh chili peppers
garlic cloves 2 pcs.
rice vinegar 50 ml.water 200 ml.
sugar 80 gr.

corn starch 1 tbsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Take the cloves of garlic and peel them, cut into small pieces and put in a blender bowl.
Chilli pepper cut into small pieces, put in a blender. Add water (50 ml.).
Grind all the ingredients added to the blender to a mushy mass.
Pour water (100 ml.), Rice vinegar into a small pan or ladle, add sugar, salt and the resulting mashed garlic and chili. Bring the contents to a boil and continue to cook the sauce for 3 minutes.
At this time, mix the corn starch with the remaining water (50 ml.), Pour the mixture into the sauce and cook it for about 3 minutes.
When the sauce begins to thicken, remove the ladle from the heat and cool the sauce.
