Cooking in Thai!
Three popular Thai dishes: Tom Yam soup, curry chicken and banana flat cakes are offered to be prepared by Maxim Kolomatsky, the chef of Shikari restaurant. It turns out a full Thai lunch. A compote – at your discretion.
